Pacific West Environmental & Infrastructure (Pacific West) is pleased to announce the acquisition of Coleman Industrial Construction (CIC or Coleman), a Kansas City, Missouri-based provider of construction, renovation, environmental, maintenance, and repair services for the rail and industrial sectors.
Founded in 1979, CIC has built a strong reputation serving Class I railroads and industrial clients throughout the Midwest. The company brings extensive experience in the construction and maintenance of locomotive servicing and fueling systems, yard air systems, railcar maintenance facilities, wastewater and stormwater systems, and related mechanical and environmental infrastructure.
The acquisition strengthens Pacific West’s existing railroad and industrial service capabilities while expanding the company’s operational presence into the Midwest. Together, Pacific West and Coleman bring complementary expertise, resources, and experience to support clients’ evolving needs across a broader geographic footprint.
